Working for the Department of State Buildings, we are providing architectural and engineering services for the Holton Hall renovations project. Built in 1912 as the first building for the Austine School for the Deaf, the building has deteriorated over the years. Due to budget constraints, we have adopted a multi-phase approach to the renovations with a sensitivity toward the historic character of the building. Renovations include upgrading mechanical systems, restoring exterior brick and windows, and renovating spaces for school administration offices.
