North Branch Apartments

Montpelier, Vermont

Arnold & Scangas Architects provided the complete architectural services for Housing Vermont and the Central Vermont Community Land Trust for the North Branch Apartments Project. The project consists of four sites located in downtown Montpelier, Vermont. Significant energy saving features were included in the project, including solar hot water systems, insulation upgrades, and new energy efficient lighting and heating systems.
