Lazarus Scangas, AIA, brings 20 years of experience in the practice of architecture to the firm. His project management experience has included programming, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, bidding and negotiations, and construction administration. His primary strength is in working with and listening to clients’ wants and needs and incorporating them into successful and appropriate design solutions, which meet schedule and are within budget. Laz believes in the team concept, owner, consultants, builder, and architect, working together to provide the most cost effective design solution possible and on schedule.
