Salisbury Furniture Plant

Arnold and Scangas Architects prepared a diagnostic report of the Bookkeeping Building and Sawdust Plant at the former site of the Salisbury Furniture Plant for the Randolph Area Community Development Corporation. We visually inspected the buildings, summarized findings of our site visit and recommended repairs. We provided an estimate of probable construction costs for renovations to the buildings for the proposed uses of offices and a recreational garage. We also provided alternate pricing for additional items that may be historically appropriate. The diagnostic report provides the owner with the necessary information to secure funding and proceed with the project
