Sheldon Town Offices

The Town of Sheldon is interested in building a new municipal facility to house Town Offices and the Fire Department. Working with the Town Building Committee, Arnold and Scangas Architects studied the existing conditions of the current facilities, developed space and program requirements for a new facility, and designed a new building to meet the current and future needs of the Town. The new facility provides a welcoming lobby and service area for the Town Clerk’s Office, Listers Office, and Selectboard Meeting Room, as well as a Large Community Meeting Room and support spaces.
