Town of Richford

The Town of Richford has banded together to create a vision for their town for the 21st century. As part of this effort, Arnold & Scangas Architects assessed six buildings key to revitalization in the downtown area. The study involved assessing the architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems for each building and developing a plan for maintenance and improvements. We calculated estimates of probable construction costs for the improvements, analyzed the marketability of the buildings, recommended potential uses and provided possible sources for funding and financing the buildings’ renovations.
