Working with the Rutland County Community Land Trust, Arnold and Scangas Architects renovated an existing multi-family dwelling and developed two new infill buildings on a site in Brandon. The thoughtful design of these two new residential dwellings kept within the scale and character of the existing residential neighborhood. This project strengthened the existing neighborhood, provided eight new affordable apartments, and jump-started the revitalization of this area of Brandon.
