VT Achievement Center

Arnold and Scangas Architects conducted a comprehensive building assessment study for the Vermont Achievement Center in Spring 2004. Working with a team of consultants, we surveyed the major systems of the Campus Buildings, the building envelope, roofs, heating, plumbing, electrical and structural systems and developed a comprehensive report based on our findings. The report provides detailed information on the existing conditions of the building components and provides prioritized recommendations for maintenance, repair, and upgrades. This report is intended to be a tool for budgeting and fundraising activities for the center.
